Setting up Geo-Fences and Alerts on your GPS Tracking App is a breeze! Here's how: 1. Log in at tracking.global-view.net. 2. Click “Tracking” on the home screen. 3. Hit the Pentagon Icon at the bottom right. 4. Click the “+” sign to add a Geo-Fence. 5. Select “Circle” and drag to set your area. 6. Name your Geo-Fence and save. 7. For Alerts, click “Alerts” at the bottom left. 8. Click “Set Rule” then “Add Rule”. 9. Name your alert and pick your GPS device. 10. Choose “Geofence entrance or Exit” trigger. 11. Click “Next”. 12. Ensure your Device and GeoFence are selected. 13. Click “Notifications”. 14. Enter custom messages for area entrance and exit. 15. Enter the email for notifications. 16. Click “Save”. By default, the app shows the location of your mobile device to help you gain perspective in relation to your GPS tracking devices. To view your Vehicle Tracking Device's location, follow these steps: 1. Tap the three lines at the top left of the app. 2. Click on the Main Group button. 3. Select any of the GPS tracking devices in your main group. The app will then center around the last known location of the selected device.

Your device goes offline if:
The device has not detected movement for 5-10 minutes, the device is now in sleep mode. As soon as movement is detected it will come back online.
The device is powered off
The device is out of charge

If your magnetic GPS tracking device has power but isn't reporting, try rebooting it. Turn the device off for 10-20 seconds, then turn it back on. This usually resolves the issue. If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Absolutely! You can try a demo of our GPS Fleet Tracking system. Just follow these steps: 1. Click "Login" at the top of the screen. 2. Click on "Demo Login". That's it! Start exploring the system to see how it works. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

To check the battery level of your GPS tracking device on the app, follow these steps: 1. Sign in to the app and select your device. 2. Tap the “i” icon at the top of the menu. 3. Scroll down to the “Energy” block. That's it! This applies only to Global-View.Net GPS Tracking Devices with a battery.
