The video quality is poor with blurry footage that's often unusable, and I experience constant technical malfunctions throughout daily use. The device frequently stops recording without warning and the files are often corrupted when I try to access them.
This has been a disappointing purchase with far too many serious problems to recommend to anyone. The dashcam randomly shuts down, the mobile app crashes constantly, and customer service has been unresponsive to my multiple support requests.
This dashcam provides average performance for the price point but nothing particularly exceptional stands out. The video quality is acceptable and it records reliably, but lacks the premium features or superior clarity I expected.
