The device provides accurate tracking and the hard-wired connection is convenient. Sometimes the app shows it offline after installation, and it occasionally freezes mid-route, but customer service helped resolve most issues.
This battery-connected tracker provides excellent location data when it's working properly. Sometimes it appears to lose connection during longer routes, but overall it's a solid device for the price.
The hard-wired device connected to my vehicle's battery worked great for tracking, but it seemed to disconnect randomly after installation. Would be 5 stars if the connection stayed more stable.
The hard-wired installation was straightforward and the device tracks well most of the time. Occasionally freezes during routes which can be frustrating, but it usually reconnects on its own.
Great tracking device that connects directly to the vehicle battery for reliable power. Works perfectly most days but sometimes shows as disconnected even when the car is running normally.
